The fight against sexual violence in schools is, and has been, ignoring the stories and experiences of survivors. Despite the grave and deep losses survivors face during and after sexual harassment, these lasting costs are often ignored in mainstream conversations about sexual harassment. Which is why we have partnered with survivors and artists to highlight the impact sexual violence has on survivors — and to refocus the lens on the survivors who surround us while carrying the weight of sexual violence with them every day.

We hope that survivors will find strength in knowing they are not alone. And we hope that others will learn from the experiences of survivors–those who have the most to lose from this violence.

Survivor organizers, we encourage you to use these drawings to build power and fight back against harmful narratives.
